      Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components according to specifications. Duties include reading technical drawings, selecting tools, and ensuring quality through accurate measurements and adjustments.

      Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

      • Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and saws
      • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions
      • Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures
      • Monitor machine operation and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as necessary
      • Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
      • Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machinery
      • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
      • Complete production records and follow quality assurance procedures
      • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product standards are met
      • Performs other duties as assigned

      Job Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • 2+ years of experience in CNC machining or manufacturing
