  Job Title: CNC Machinist

  Job Description

  We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work off a daily schedule to supply assembly, transform raw materials into finished parts, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, participation in continuous improvements and promoting a good work ethic and efficiency are essential aspects of the role.

  Responsibilities

  • Work off daily schedule to supply assembly.
  • Bring raw materials to a complete finish part.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Participate in continuous improvements.
  • Promote good work ethic and efficiency.

  Essential Skills

  • Thorough understanding of detailed part drawings.
  • Ability to use precision measuring equipment.
  • Knowledge in fixturing and machine setup/breakdown.
  • 2 years’ experience as a machinist.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with machine operation and general labor.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Proficiency in assembly, mill, lathe operations.
  • Skill in using calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools.
  • Knowledge of CNC operations and press brake.

  Work Environment

  The role is based in a machine shop, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).

  Job Type & Location

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, Rhode Island.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr.
