Job Description

- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC Machines including Mazak, the person, and Index.
- Troubleshoot sensors, Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLCs.
- Conduct hydraulic repairs and troubleshooting.
- Dismantle defective machinery and remove faulty parts using hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools.
- Minimize downtime by communicating maintenance schedules and ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Fabricate repair parts utilizing machine shop tools and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies, placing orders as needed and verifying receipts.
- Provide mechanical maintenance information and respond to inquiries regarding equipment and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain mechanical maintenance reports, tracking issues, resolutions, and trends using company systems.
- Enhance technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking with industry professionals.
- Ensure proper communication among work teams regarding actions taken, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
- Promote a safe, clean work environment by adhering to all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team goals and complete other tasks as necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
