- Set up and operate horizontal and vertical milling machines.
- Utilize Hurco conversational programming for efficient job setup and execution.
- Program and edit jobs using GibbsCAM to meet production specifications.
- Run multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining high productivity.
- Perform setups, offsets, tool changes, and deburring as needed.
- Operate pallet changers and assist in optimizing machine utilization.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Minimum3 years of CNC milling experience in a job shop environment.
- At least 1 year of experience with horizontal milling preferred.
- Proficiency in Hurco conversational controls and GibbsCAM software.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and operation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple machines effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Description

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
