- 5+ years of CNC Mill Machinist experience
- 3 years of experience running a vertical mill
- Experience performing setups and edits
- Ability to machine down to a tolerance of +- .001
- Proficiency with Fanuc controls or Mazatrol
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience running a Johnford, HNK, or SNK vertical mill
- Previous experience running a lathe
Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Job Description
The CNC Mill Machinist is responsible for the machining of new and repair part products to print specifications. The candidate will operate either a CNC vertical mill with Mazatrol controls or a CNC Johnford vertical mill with Fanuc controls. The machinist may also run a Toshiba bp 150 HBM with Tosnoc controls and will be cross-trained to operate a standard lathe with Fanuc controls. The role involves machining medium-sized parts for large control flow valves, setting up and operating the machine, and making necessary edits.

Work Environment
The shop is clean and open-aired, with temperatures that vary with the weather. The day shift operates from Monday to Saturday, with some Sundays, from 6am to 6pm, and is a contract position. The night shift operates from Monday to Saturday, with some Sundays, from 6pm to 6am, and can be a direct hire or contract-to-hire position. Typical shifts last 10-12 hours.
