  Job Title: CNC Operator

  We are hiring for Machine Operators join our team and you will operate CNC Machines. We are open to anyone with entry level experience or if someone has experience then that is great! This is a full time and long-term permanent job. Machine operators install, maintain, and operate machinery. They must have a strong understanding of the machines they work with. The Machinists maintain and operate machinery. Machine operators should be able to follow instructions, work with others, and help ensure that all safety regulations are followed. We are open to Machine operators or CNC or Assemblers or Production Workers. Anyone with good production and machine operating would be a great fit for this role as we will teach and train on the job.

  Schedule: Night Shifts : Monday - Thursday OR weekends Friday - Sunday is also available

  Machine operators Job Description

  · Responsible for the daily operations of the machines

  · Sets up and operates a variety of machines/machining equipment.

  · Maintains the appropriate documentation required in mechanical manufacturing processes.

  · Performs routine preventative and corrective maintenance functions.

  · Maintains the appropriate documentation required in mechanical manufacturing processes.

  · Quality check and testing of products to ensure quality requirements are met

  · Sets up and operates a variety of machines/machining equipment.

  · Setup and operate jobs with minimal assistance

  · Be able to adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity

  · Ability to inspect own work with minimal assistance

  · Meet production standards and quality expectations

  · Ability to document results accurately

  · Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures

  · Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards

  · Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary

  Skills that are helpful but not fully necessary to have all of these:

  · Troubleshooting, machine operation, Assembler, CNC machine , Production , Hardware , Machining , Swiss , Lathe , Mill, Set up, calipers, blue print, editing, g code, programming

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
