- Operate CNC machines including loading and unloading tasks.
- Adjust machine settings and change tools as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools.
- Conduct quality inspections and record measurements into the quality system.
- Report production data accurately and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Follow International Automotive Task Force (IATF) quality standards.
- Work collaboratively in a team to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and the First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area according to 5S standards.
- Minimum 6 months of CNC machine experience.
- Good reading comprehension of work instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple machines.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal cutting machines.
- Ability to read schematics and understanding of the metric system.
- Proficiency in basic math and measurement devices.
- Basic computer skills and preferred knowledge of CMM and SAP.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 80 lbs using material handling equipment.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and manual handling tasks.

Work Environment
Our facility is clean and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work environment. Shifts are available from Monday to Friday with options for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Dress code is casual and safety-oriented.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gainesville, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
