      Description

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs for complex machining operations.
      • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create precise machining instructions.
      • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.
      • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials and operations.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues to maintain production quality and efficiency.
      • Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
      • Train and mentor junior CNC programmers and machine operators.
      • Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and machining techniques.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
      • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
      • Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
