- Program CNC machines using Trumpf TruTops Boost to support laser cutting, punching, tube laser, and press brake operations.
- Calculate bend deductions and generate flat patterns to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Select the right tooling and determine optimal bend sequences based on material type and thickness.
- Interpret engineering drawings and work orders to create accurate, production-ready programs.
- Collaborate with engineers and shop floor teams to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow.
- Optimize material usage and machine compatibility through smart nesting and tool path strategies.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication.
- 3+ years of experience programming with Trumpf TruTops Boost.
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and how they support fabrication workflows.
- Proven ability to read blueprints and develop efficient tool paths with minimal waste.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
