Proactively perform routine and preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned machine downtime.

Quickly troubleshoot and repair CNC machines (lathe, Swiss, 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis) to restore production as soon as possible.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using appropriate tools and techniques.

Replace or repair defective components such as motors, spindles, sensors, and drives.

Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.

Work closely with production staff to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine repair and maintenance.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and CNC control systems.

Familiarity with multiple types and brands of CNC machines.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on reducing downtime.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.

Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reduce production downtime by ensuring that all CNC equipment—including lathe, Swiss, 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines—is running efficiently, safely, and reliably.Key Responsibilities:
