Job Description
- Req#: 76441
- 负责卧式加工中心的操作、维护与日常保养，熟悉机床的性能与基本构造
- 使用常规量具对工件进行自检
- 服从生产安排进行产品试制及批量生产，按检测规范要求对产品进行检测确保产品质量
- 能看懂图纸及相关工艺技术文件，协助分析质量问题，并提出改进方案
- 及时报告生产过程中异常问题
- 与质检部门积极配合，发现量具有失准现象及时通知其主管，由质检部校对
- 按要求填写机床及产品的文件及资料，做好生产操作记录、设备保养记录
- 负责加工区域的5S工作
- 完成上级委派的其他任务
- 高中或中专以上学历
- 3年以上数控车床加工操作经验，如OKK1000，西门子、FANUC操作系统
- 能按图及作业指导书加工常规机械零部件，选用合适的刀具；
- 具备一定的程序编制能力及宏程序使用；
- 具备机械制图、互换性与测量技术相关理论基础
- 数控刀具选用及切削参数的优化优先考虑
- 接受三班倒，需要自行解决翻班的交通问题
- 工作认真负责、一丝不苟，具一定的有创新能力。
