Minimum two (2) year diploma in Office Administration, Business, HR, Social Sciences, Education and/or equivalent;
Minimum three (3) years of experience in an academic or business environment, or an equivalent of office administration or support services, experience in WIL, student services or human resources.

Job Description:
The Employee Relations Liaison plans, schedules and administers all activities on HireAC related to the Co-op and Career Centre including vetting employers, targeting correct programs when approving jobs, understanding and administering the entire life cycle of the client care process, surveying employers, reporting on activities on HIreAC and many operational functions within the Co-op and Career Centre. This process brings together employers who wish to hire a student or graduate.
