- Daily Responsibilities:
Support the teardown of wire harnesses, collaborate with Design Release Engineers (DREs), contribute to engineering deliverables, and assist in PowerPoint presentations. Gain hands-on experience in wire harness design under the guidance of lead engineers. Responsibilities also include data analysis, creating graphical presentations, and summarizing teardown reports . - Success Metrics:
A successful co-op will deliver detailed, well-organized teardown summary reports that contribute to ongoing engineering projects and process improvements. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the YII Engineering team and engage with cross-functional partners including senior engineers, project managers, and DREs. - A glimpse into your full potential
