What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage operations and administration of assigned areas within the co-pack strategic partner network
- Engage in bi-weekly meetings to review partnerships and discuss new co-pack relationships
- Oversee partner raw and finished good material losses and report deviations against contractual agreements
- Act as the key point of contact for assigned partners, focusing on product hold/release processes
- Maintain and update multiple databases and support optimization of SharePoint site management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required with 3+ years of experience in operations management
- Strong math skills, including the ability to manage multiple conversions
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerBI
- Working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) and Warehouse Management systems preferred
- Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in scientific or food and beverage manufacturing
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and contingency planning
- Project management experience preferred
