      As a Coating Line Operative you will assist in achieving the manufacturing schedule in an effective, productive and responsible manner, achieving required product quality and on time delivery.

      Your responsibilities:

      • Co-ordinate and take responsibility for output of high-quality product

      • Achieve the agreed production plan on time and in full

      • Adhere to site EHS standards and always apply a Duty of Care, both to yourself and your colleagues

      • Ensure all products are manufactured to agreed customer specifications

      • Contribute to the programme of continuous improvement and proactively work within the Production team and with other functions to provide ideas/suggestions for improving the operation, service and contribution made by the Production team to the profitable success of JM

      • Understand and adhere to JM Group PGM Control guidelines

      • Implementation of production in accordance with the production plan

      • Taking care of the correct course of the technological process

      • Constant quality control of manufactured products - parameter control during the process

      • Responsibility for controlling materials issued as part of the production plan and reporting their consumption in production system

      Requirements for the role:

      • Manufacturing experience in light industry using semi-automated equipment - Essential

      • Knowledge of high-volume roll to roll processing would be advantageous - Desirable

      • Knowledge of Screen Printing, Ink Making, Coating and/or Component Assembly would be advantageous - Desirable

      • Computer literate with particular emphasis on use of Excel spread sheets and accurate data entry - Essential

      • 6 months of experience in the manufacture of Fuel Cell components - Desirable
