      Position: Cobol Compiler

      Location: Remote

      Duration: Long term contract

      Rate : Only on w2

      Job Description:

      The default COBOL compiler at Client is v6.2 until EOY 2023 transition to the new default of v6.3. The only available compilers at PNC in 2024 will be 4.2 and 6.3. All programs running
      Testing scope would include capturing inputs and outputs - running against recompiled (batch) programs and comparing new output to old output.

      Internal QE teams would be doing the testing but the candidates here would need to do the prep work to get applications ready to test.

      ZOS IBM COBOL
      IBM Job Control Language (JCL)
      Endevor Source Management
      CICS COBOL knowledge
