The COBRA Employer Services Specialist will play a key role with WEX Health COBRA by assisting with the development of processes and procedures to include client and participant satisfaction/communication, education and maintaining compliant plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees day-to-day COBRA administration for assigned client groups
Builds and maintains positive working relationships with clients
Addresses internal and external requests in a timely manner
Meets or exceeds all outlined quality standards
Provides necessary reporting for client groups
Proactively identifies potential issues and provides resolution when needed
Assists in creating and documenting COBRA customer service processes, tools and workflows
Assists in creating new hire training material, as well as training of additional staff for this new initiative
Assists with ongoing training for the COBRA team
Assists with consumer calls as needed
Serves as back up assistance for other COBRA department needs when necessary
Manages additional projects as assigned
Assists in the implementation of plan renewals for assigned client groups within agreed upon timelines and Service Level Agreements
Qualifications
Customer service and quality experience preferred
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Experience working with various software applications on a day to day basis (Office, Outlook, Web)
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
Detail oriented with excellent analytical, and investigative skills
Understanding of HIPAA and Privacy Regulations
Ability to understand the WEX Health product family and Healthcare Industry
