      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of the EMERG Coalition, facilitating coordination calls and ensuring effective communication
      - Oversee emergency alert communications and maintain critical resource lists for timely responses
      - Collect and analyze outreach data to prepare reports for the EMERG group
      - Lead monthly DV Expansion Committee and case conferencing meetings to improve services for survivors
      - Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to support CoC goals and ensure compliance with HUD regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 4 years of experience in human services, working with low-income individuals or families and vulnerable populations
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Knowledge of social services and community resources, particularly in Franklin, Hampshire, and Berkshire counties
      - Experience working with marginalized communities, including survivors of domestic violence
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
