      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support, education, and training to providers and coders on revenue optimization and coding standards
      - Conduct compliance audits for designated provider/coder centers following established audit protocols
      - Collaborate with Zone Medical Leadership to develop and implement provider/coder training plans
      - Organize and schedule training sessions based on audit results and coding trends
      - Monitor changes in coding and state Workers’ Compensation regulations to ensure up-to-date practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - CPC or CCS-P coding certification is required
      - Minimum of five years of progressive experience in healthcare billing, coding, and auditing
      - Strong auditing and basic computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
      - Familiarity with state-specific Workers’ Compensation regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in provider training and presentation
      - Advanced process management skills
      - Additional coding certifications from recognized organizations (AAPC or AHIMA)
