      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to coding-related questions from HSC coding staff
      - Lead, coordinate, and perform quality reviews for inpatient and outpatient coding
      - Provide Coding Integrity Specialist (CIS) and CQR education as needed
      - Research coding opportunities and escalate as necessary
      - Assist in ensuring coding staff adherence with coding guidelines and policy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School graduate or GED equivalent required
      - Minimum of 5 years acute care inpatient/outpatient coding experience
      - Minimum of 3 years coding auditing/monitoring experience
      - RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC certification required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree in HIM/HIT
      - Proven work experience in areas of coding education
      - Familiarity with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT-4, and MS-DRGs
      - Experience working in a team environment
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
