  YOUR TASKS

  Reporting to Project Group Manager, you will responsible for:

  • Actively engage in the Express business acquisition process by providing assistance on solution design, RFQ response and cost & benefit analysis

  • Understand customers' requirement and proposed solution to meet their expectation

  • Manage the implementation of express solutions for customers in order to achieve cost effective target and high service quality standard

  • Conduct regular performance review with customers to ensure service quality and initiate necessary improvement

  • Act as the point of contact for projects and programs support

  • Continueto explore and develop new express solutions and identify possible service enhancement and cost reduction opportunities

  YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree holder in Business, Transportation, Logistics Management or related disciplines

  • 3-5 years working experience in project planning, implementation or related experience in managing complex matrix organization

  • Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage

  • Good command of MS Office applications including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and software applications related to project management eg. PERT or MS Project is an advantage

  • Effective presentation, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, project and program management skills

  • Influential, self-motivated, systematic, customer-focused and a strong team player
