Job Description
- Req#: 23-21308
- 6+ years of experience.
- Self-driven to understand the existing BI applications.
- Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos.
- Understand incidents reported by the users and troubleshoot the data issues to the root cause level.
- Resolve and close incidents within the service level agreements and communicate with the users.
- Work proactively to prevent issues that can be expected in the near future in the BI application.
- Documentation for knowledge management that helps prevent / fix fast the issues reported by the users.
- Maintain the performance of the existing reports and dashboards that meets the customer expectation.
- Willingness to get cross trained in Informatica.
- Cognos Developer, IBM Cognos, Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos.
- Experience in production deployments, Conversant in SQL Queries.
- ETL experience using Informatica or any other tool.
