Host webinar training sessions joined by multiple customer stakeholders
Serve as your customer’s main point of contact for a 60-90-day period
Manage the overall implementation project to ensure on-time delivery
Provide consultancy to both new and existing customers on best practices in using our software
Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails
Identify and escalate priority issues
Manage 15-20 customer projects simultaneously
Travel to customer sites for in-person training and consulting (up to 15%)
Become a product specialist to others within the organization
Be a solution provider!: We deliver dynamic software to a dynamic customer base. Every customer has unique needs that we need to solve for, which regularly requires a high degree of creativity to string together solutions that meet our customers’ needs
An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Nursing or similar field
At least 2 years of experience working in the healthcare industry
A thorough understanding or experience using electronic health records and/or practice management software
Strong bedside-like manner: can patiently support others through a first-time experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Impeccable time management skills
An area in your home dedicated to a workspace, free of background noise and distractions
User experience with any of our products, including DrChrono, CollaborateMD, iSalus or AllMeds
Experience as an EHR or PM software super user
Experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, account management, solution engineering or support
Salesforce experience

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist for our CollaborateMD product. CollaborateMD is part of our EverHealth vertical of EverCommerce. Our mission is to build a technology platform that enables medical practices of all sizes to make care more informed, more personalized, more interactive, and more adaptable. Our platform has been used by thousands of physicians who in turn have provided care to millions of patients. In this role you will implement our SaaS solutions for our customers. Specific responsibilities will include providing training and consulting to our customers and helping them through our process in a timely manner. You will develop our customers’ skills to ensure they complete their implementation feeling confident and comfortable using our software for many years to come.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia . With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position , and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.Benefits and Perks :
Compensation : The target base compensation for this position is $ 17 per hour in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise , and may vary from the amounts listed above.
