      Stopwatch Urgent Care (Phenix City, AL) is seeking a **Collaborating Physician (MD/DO, 1099)** to supervise our nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

      WHY THIS ROLE IS STRAIGHTFORWARD
      - $ 1,500 per month flat stipend (remote chart review).
      - 12-month contract with a 90-day termination clause.
      - Review only 10 % of APP charts each month + quarterly 30-minute virtual quality call.
      - Professional liability insurance provided (1 M / 3 M).
      - No scheduled on-call shifts or standing clinic hours required.

      MUST-HAVE CREDENTIALS
      - Unrestricted Alabama MD or DO license.
      - **Live within 50 miles of our Phenix City clinic.
      - Board-certified FM, EM, Med-Peds, or IM.
      - 5+ years post-residency practice.
      - Active DEA; eligible for EHR access.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
      - Remain available by phone/text during clinic hours (8 a-7 p weekdays, 8 a-5 p weekends).
      - Complete electronic chart reviews within 7 days.
      - Visit the clinic twice annually per Alabama regulations.
      - Sign updated collaboration agreements as APP roster changes.

      COMPENSATION
      - **$1 500 per month** (1099 contractor).
      - **Additional hourly pay** if you elect to work occasional in-clinic shifts (rate set case-by-case).
