- Knowledge of Google platforms and proficient word processing is required
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and working with database information
- Requires skill in both written and verbal communication as well as the ability to collaborate with staff members and students
- BA or BS Degree required
- Responsible for student supervision
- Assist supervisor with attendance, grade checks, and data input
- Contact families and staff with updates on the intervention
- Work individually with students to improve grades
- Ability to respond to questions from individuals or groups
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as correspondence, surveys and electronic media.
- Ability to write professional communications
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to complete and apply basic mathematics concepts
- Ability to respond to questions from individuals and groups
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. In addition, the ability to withstand long-term use of video display terminals (VDT) is required.
- The employee may occasionally lift up to 30 pounds such as reference books.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The pace of work tasks would be considered as fast.
