What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process borrowing base certificates using collateral tracking software
- Reconcile activity on borrowing base certificates to system balances
- Analyze loan advance requests and verify availability
- Apply and reconcile daily collections to ensure balance
- Generate trend analysis and management reports for distribution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Experience with asset-based lending software is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and applications

- Experience with loan documents and understanding loan terms
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts
