  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Ensure daily efforts contribute to company goals for cash collections and management of accounts receivable over 90 days
  - Research outstanding balances and take necessary actions for timely resolution, including demographic changes to patient accounts
  - Negotiate payment plans with patients according to company policies
  - Review and resolve billing errors, short-payments, and unpaid claims while communicating necessary changes
  - Interact with third-party collection agencies and maintain professional communication with colleagues
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college education is a plus
  - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in medical collections with knowledge of managed care, commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement
  - Proficiency in automated billing systems; experience with CPR+ is preferred
  - Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in home infusion therapy
  - Familiarity with ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding
  - Ability to type 40 wpm and proficiency with a 10-key calculator
  - Knowledge of metric measurements and basic accounting practices
