      Job Description

      This role will take escalated calls from the Collections department and work complaints assigned from the Collections Department. Team members will research, review, and work with other departments in the organization to resolve complaints within 2 days (Same day preferred). Time Management and Organization are essential .

      The required working days and hours are Monday - Wednesday, Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Days off are Sunday and Thursday.

      Basic Qualifications
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service activities


      Preferred Skills/Experience
      -Complaint notes need to be thorough and clearly outline what occurred
      - The Ability to multi-task is also essential
      - Knows how to build a rapport with customers and exemplifies leadership as they are phone supervisors.
      - Good knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and related laws
      - Strong customer service/relations skills
      - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to organize and interpret information
      - Good verbal and written communication skills

      The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.86 - $27.35
