      Responsibilities:

      - Utilize advanced negotiation skills to resolve delinquency issues and increase recovery of past due portfolio
      - Research problems such as skip tracing to develop external contacts and share knowledge with less experienced collectors
      - Interpret procedures and instructions to resolve delinquencies and ensure compliance with quality objectives and institutional policies
      - Provide telephone collection service to clients and fulfill their needs while maintaining frustration tolerance
      - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, adhere to policy and applicable laws, and escalate control issues with transparency

      Qualifications:

      - Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, problem-solve, and negotiate
      - Focus on client needs and organizational issues while maintaining frustration tolerance
      - 1 year of experience in collections or related field
      - High School diploma or equivalent education
