Managing and educating the partner on expectations related to billing and AR performance including holding partner meetings and handling partner issue resolution
Managing the billing and AR performance for the partner on a proactive basis:
Analyzes and reviews billing and AR trends to define inconsistencies and issues in the entire end to end process
Ensures all Revenue Cycle Management goals are met
Responsible for AR and denial management, including reporting, tracking, and resolution
Directly participates in resolution of billing and AR performance issues including:
Work collaboratively with Intake leadership within CarePathRx to ensure smooth claim progression and effective claims resolution within industry standards
Work collaboratively with partner’s pharmacy and liaison staff to ensure issue resolution impacting billing and effective claim resolution
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a healthcare leadership role with demonstrated experience in a RC billing role with a high-volume infusion healthcare provider
Must have experience in a customer facing role
Expert understanding of billing government and commercial payors, including those particular for Wisconsin
Experience adjudicating traditional and specialty infusion claims is a must
Ability to build effective relationships throughout all levels of the organization by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
