The Operational Readiness team at AmeriHealth New Jersey continually evaluates people, process, and technology to be sure the best customer experience is available to all the members we serve. The team assesses strategic initiatives, risk factors, and business process improvement and cost containment opportunities across the organization.
The college co-op student will:
· Assist with problem resolution related to the following systems: FOS and HRP
· Drives resolution for problems related to:
o Enrollment, Claims, ID cards, Benefits
o Incorrect claim payments due to system issues
· Engage internal business partners to identify root cause
· Track progress
· Communicate regularly with all stakeholders
· Follow up until the desired outcome is achieved
· Monitor department metrics and service level agreements for compliance and performance
· Notify management of any variances.
· Understands internal processes and develops ways to streamline and improve workflows
· Identify areas of potential system improvement and work with internal business partners to address
