      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide career coaching to undergraduate students and recent graduates
      - Conduct workshops, seminars, and events on career development topics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in higher education or equivalent
      - Strong student services skills and desire to work with college students
      - Knowledge of career/student development theories
      - Excellent coaching, presentation, and teamwork skills
      - Accurate spelling, grammar, and writing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in higher education or coaching
      - Experience in career services, resume reviews, and job search strategies
      - Familiarity with tech, consulting, or finance industries
      - Knowledge of NACE Career Readiness competencies
      - Familiarity with online career tools like Handshake
