      Your Role at Cabot

      Cabot has opportunities for up to three (3) College Summer Workers. The College Summer Workers will work on-site at the Midland, MI plant.

      First consideration will be given to eligible dependents of Cabot Midland employees, at least 18 years of age and college/trade students.

      Summer work schedule will be from June 2025 through August 2025.

      Approximately 24 hours to 35 hours of work weekly.

      $15 an hour.

      How You Will Make an Impact

      In this role, your primary duty will be to:

      • Follows work instructions, procedures, and policies.
      • Several tasks to be accomplished include but not limited to
        • painting
        • mowing
        • cleaning
        • light assembly (i.e. putting office furniture together)
        • driving Cabot vehicle to obtain materials off-site.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      This role requires a safety mind-set, self-motivated person with a positive attitude, a ton of good energy, effective time management, organization, and record-keeping skills. A successful candidate will be someone who can work in a safe manner. Actively participates in and supports Cabot's Safety, Health, and Environmental programs. Keeps work area safe and clean.

      What You Will Bring to Cabot

      • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; preferably enrolled in their 1st or 2nd year of higher education
      • At least 18 years of age and college students; be 18 years of age by start date.
      • Must have a valid driver's license
