Job Summary:
- Supervise a team of business to business Inbound Telesales Representatives focused on selling to small-to-medium business customers over the telephone
- Motivate and coach representatives to achieve sales quotas
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead team by example in selling skills, funnel management, forecasting, product knowledge, and closing sales
- Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date on a daily basis
- Coach and develop all sales representatives in providing superior customer service, achieving quality standards, and meeting performance expectations by giving timely and appropriate feedback
- Hire, discipline, and terminate personnel as necessary
- Conduct team meetings to improve skills, share best practices, and deliver key communications
Additional Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership in the business to business organization to ensure positive working relationships and effective communication between functional areas
- Handle escalated customer calls in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide appropriate feedback to management from consumers and sales representatives to help business continue to grow and evolve
- Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regularly attend team meetings and maintain punctual attendance
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but applicants with a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience will also be considered
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
