Job Description

Supports the strategic development and tactical delivery of campus events and employee activations.
Proactively identifies and researches new event ideas and opportunities.
Assists with Campus Experience programming and events.
Creates and edits event communications, collateral and presentations.
Demonstrates the ability to work on large-scale programs and projects with concurrent deadlines.
Demonstrates organization skills. Ability to act as a central hub for documents and information.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Effectively works as part of the Corporate Administration team to support the planning of campus experience and employee events/activations, communications and marketing efforts.
Exercises consistent independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance .
Strong commitment to employee engagement.
Team player, effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams with ability to lead through influence.
Well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Strong executive presence.
3.0 minimum cumulative GPA preferred
Preferred Majors: Communications, Business, Marketing
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.
Role Description
Critical role supporting the Corporate Administration team. Participates in the planning of c ampus e xperience and employee events/ activations , communications and marketing efforts. Supports the Campus Experience team in the execution of HQ events/programs . Supports and assists with the coordination of the C ampus E xperience amenities, including areas such as the fitness center, mothers’ rooms, quiet rooms.

Compensation
Base Pay: $23.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
