Role: Command Center

Experience Range: 5 – 8 Years

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad

Must Have:

· Hands-on experience in Command Centre, ITIL, Major Incident.

· Hands-on experience in Monitoring network infrastructure, including routers, switches, servers, and other network devices

· Experience in Performing initial troubleshooting of network incidents, such as connectivity issues, device failures, and performance degradation .

· Experience in Logging and tracking incidents, service requests, and change requests in a ticketing system.

· Experience in Assisting with basic network device configurations, such as adding or removing users, updating access control lists
