Job Description

- Respond to alarms, notifications, service calls, and incidents in a calm, professional, and customer-service-oriented manner.
- Monitor communications, alarms, video management, and access control systems across multiple sites using specialized software tools.
- Conduct patrols as directed and produce clear, concise reports on daily activities and incidents.
- Manage general support needs for employees, vendors, and guests entering secure areas.
- Evaluate incidents that could impact operations or safety, escalating to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Coordinate with emergency responders including fire, EMS, and law enforcement when necessary.
- Utilize available social media tools for threat identification and proactive risk assessment.
- Process onboarding, return, and termination workflows for personnel as part of routine access support.
- Maintain discretion in handling sensitive company information.
- Observe and report any policy violations or irregular activity in alignment with company standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Calm under pressure, with a professional demeanor and customer-first mindset.
- Excellent analytical thinking and situational problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Intermediate computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office and basic internet navigation.
- Security experience is helpful but not required.

The Command Center Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.
