      Position Overview:
      The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining master data sources and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) across all sales channels—with a focus on DTC ecommerce and customer metrics. You’ll deliver insights that power growth, retention, and marketing strategies by identifying customer trends and providing actionable analysis.

      Key Responsibilities:


      1. Data Infrastructure & Reporting

      • Design, build, and maintain core DTC eCommerce data pipelines, integrating sales, inventory, customer, and channel datasets to support consistent, accurate, and scalable reporting across all channels
      • Architect and automate end-to-end reporting frameworks (e.g., ETL processes) to ensure real-time visibility into performance trends and data integrity
      • Develop intuitive Power BI dashboards and forecasting models that surface actionable insights on revenue, margin, and customer engagement

      2. KPI Definition, Performance Tracking & Modeling

      • Define, track, and optimize key eCommerce performance metrics including LTV, CAC, AOV, LTV:CAC ratio, conversion rate, churn, cart abandonment, MRR, NPS, and RPV
      • Build statistical and scenario-based models (e.g., cohort analysis, regression forecasting) to simulate performance outcomes and inform strategic planning
      • Monitor channel performance through scheduled and ad hoc analyses; highlight variance drivers, growth opportunities, and performance risks

      3. Customer Analytics & Cohort Insights

      • Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle stages to identify high-value segments and retention strategies
      • Perform advanced cohort and churn analyses, leveraging RFM, CLV modeling, and predictive analytics to drive acquisition and loyalty initiatives
      • Partner with marketing teams to translate customer insights into targeted campaign strategies and personalization tactics

      4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Thought Leadership

      • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to embed KPIs and analytical best practices into business reviews, campaign evaluations, and product roadmaps
      • Serve as a subject-matter expert on DTC analytics, commercial metrics, and data modeling; provide training and guidance to stakeholders on data interpretation
      • Advocate for data governance, quality standards, and continuous improvement in analytics processes

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
      • 3+ years of experience in customer or commercial analytics, preferably in a fast-moving DTC eCommerce or apparel brand environment
      • Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing DTC customer data, with direct expertise in Power BI preferred
      • Strong proficiency with data manipulation tools such as Excel, SQL, and ETL platforms
      • Experience working with CRM and marketing data sources (Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta/Google ad platforms)
      • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights, models, and business recommendations
      • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; proactive problem-solver comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
