      As the Commercial Assistant General Manager at 20 Hudson Yards, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic leadership team to elevate tenant satisfaction, optimize operations, and shape the future of this iconic destination. You’ll work alongside some of the best in the industry, utilizing state-of-the-art resources to ensure every detail—down to the smallest—drives our vision of excellence.

      You’ll be the driving force behind the seamless management of one of New York’s premier destinations. From overseeing financial operations like accounts payable and receivable to fostering tenant relationships and maintaining the property’s unparalleled standards, your expertise will shine in:

      • Ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining Hudson Yards’ reputation for excellence.
      • Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and tenants to deliver top-tier services.
      • Overseeing tenant compliance and ensuring all permits and regulations are met.
      • Supporting leasing strategies to attract and retain world-class tenants.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Financial Operations:

        • Manage timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
        • Ensure accurate financial reporting, including tenant charges, delinquency reports, and arrears records.
        • Maintain vendor relations and oversee tenant billing accuracy.
      • Office Administration:

        • Support the General Manager with developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain property standards.
        • Maintain organized, up-to-date tenant, vendor, and operational files.
        • Prepare written communications, review lease abstracts, and coordinate approvals for tenant allowances and reimbursements.
        • Ensure tenant compliance with city regulations and manage utilities metering and billing.
      • Facilities & Site Management:

        • Oversee management office staff, front desk, and security operations.
        • Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and controlling operating expenses.
        • Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of systems and equipment.
        • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
      • Regulatory Compliance:

        • Administer compliance programs, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory standards are met.
        • Conduct tenant move-in/move-out inspections and ensure timely completion of permits and certifications.
      • Tenant Relations:

        • Build strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
        • Facilitate tenant meetings and communicate effectively about marketing, operations, and security.
        • Maintain records of tenant inquiries, work orders, and enforce site regulations.

      Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the successful operation and management of the property.

      This role emphasizes operational excellence, strong tenant engagement, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain Hudson Yards’ standards as a premier commercial destination.

      Compensation:

      The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

      Anticipated base salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 + Discretionary Bonus

      Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

      • Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and are motivated to exceed expectations
