      As the Senior Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in helping to expand the Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries growth agenda by organizing and executing against strategic projects and initiatives as well as managing ongoing business needs through cross-business partnerships and sales enablement activities.

      The Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries group covers companies typically with revenues of over $500mm, requiring traditional banking services and investment banking products. Our group partners with investment bankers, credit, and other product partners to offer customized and complex financing solutions to clients.

      The Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries Finance & Business Management team is responsible for the development, organization, and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives to help grow and manage the business. Partnering closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams within Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries and across other lines of business, our team helps drive key initiatives and continuous process improvement throughout all aspects of the business, ensuring that CCBSI’s complex and evolving business runs smoothly. Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries Finance & Business Management is part of the broader Commercial Bank Strategy, Finance & Business Management function within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer.

      As part of the Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries Finance & Business Management Program Management team, this role within program management will play a key role in driving the Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries growth agenda by organizing and executing against strategic projects and initiatives as well as managing ongoing business needs. You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the commercial banking business, while building relationships across Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries , the broader Commercial Bank, as well as cross lines of business within JPMorgan Chase to advocate for Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries interests while jointly and independently leading a variety of key projects, processes, and deliverables.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Support the Program Management office in key finance and business management functions including project management, strategy development, creation and analysis of sales/management reporting, and ad-hoc deliverables to senior stakeholders and colleagues
      • Proactivity in identifying areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions
      • Ensure business requirements are well defined, comprehensive, and aligned with strategic objectives; serving as the voice of Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries for sales, finance, and operational partners (i.e., ability to put yourself in the shoes of our sales teams to drive meaningful change)
      • Lead sales enablement functions/processes with a focus on Salesforce CRM program management and desire and willingness to learn and support a variety of banking tools and platforms
      • Partner with the business in developing, implementing, and executing key analysis and reporting to be leveraged by all levels within Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries, as well as senior management in Commercial Bank and senior partners across the firm
      • Support and partner with the Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries Sales Leadership team via tactical and strategic assistance in the form of drafting presentation materials, analyzing large sets of data, and developing innovative ways of visualizing and summarizing data for a variety of meeting types and audiences

Able to outline work process in a thoughtful and detailed manner. Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in knowledge gathering and problem solving.
      • Technical and analytical skills – Able to produce accurate, error-free analysis and reporting. Applies knowledge of the business and its drivers to ensure that the produced analyses are sound. Capable of synthesizing large amounts of data in Excel and from internal systems to develop strategic conclusions and action items
      • Interpersonal skills – Speaks and acts with the appropriate level of confidence and empowerment; demonstrates professional assertion. Ability to partner and actively listens to instructions, feedback and viewpoints from others while proactively seeking feedback. Able to collaborate with individuals across the business to achieve goals, while proactively looking for opportunities to continue building strong internal relationships

      Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

      • 2-3 years of work experience in financial services or consulting with a focus in strategy and/or business management type functions
      • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for manipulating and analyzing large data sets and ability to create executive-level presentations and summaries
      • Bachelor's degree

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

      • Program/project management experience & certification
      • Experience in project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, etc.)
      • Experience in data visualization software (Qlik, Tableau) strongly preferred
      • Familiarity with internal JPMC systems (e.g., Dealworks, CompanyIQ, PitchPro)
