- Build and develop both Local and or Regional Treasurer/CFO level coverage of CBI selected clients by active prospecting and serve as a focal point of contact within J.P. Morgan
- Responsible for marketing in-scope banking products (including: Treasury Services (TS), Trade, FX and loan products) and drive TS opportunities.
- Development of forward-looking new business plans for (local or regional) clients and the maintenance of existing business relationships, partnering with HQ parent banking teams and respective ICE teams to drive and deliver financial goals by conducting comprehensive client analysis: Conversion of client analysis into concrete financial solutions
- Work closely with US based International Product Specialists (IPS) and Parent Banking team to increase treasury services (TS) wallet share of existing clients as well as cross-sell products, annual reviews and portfolio statistical reporting
- Manage the sales pipeline, book timely client call memos, be responsible to coordinate with Associates for preparing proposals/presentations for clients
- Take the lead role in preparation and submission of RFPs i.e., lead the end-to-end process
- Maintain the existing portfolio of CCBSI clients, including client due diligence, KYC, AML and other requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 6 years of industry experience as Client Relationship manager or Sales coverage with proven ability to build and develop client relationships with specific focus on multi-national clients for transaction banking and other services, win new business, close transactions and develop networks, both internally and externally
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Services products including cash management, liquidity and cross-border products would be a key requirement and demonstrable credit knowledge
- Excellence communication skill in English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
- Flexibility to co-ordinate, manage multiple transactions and processes while ensuring delivery against deadlines, client expectations and business priorities
- Ability to work consistently across different time zones and geographies dealing with numerous stakeholders
- Enthusiastic and team orientated; Self-starting with clear results orientation and a capacity to operate independently, appropriately balancing short, medium and long-term objectives
- Strong influencing skills and proven track record of managing cross cultural environments

As an International Coverage Executive, you are jointly responsible for the overall relationship management as well as transaction services requirements of the APAC subsidiaries of Corporate Client Banking / Specialized Industry (CCBSI) client segment. Leveraging the firm’s capabilities to meet our clients’ domestic and international financial needs, the team provides dedicated client service, local market expertise and industry knowledge, combined with active coordination, domestically, regionally and internationally of J.P. Morgan’s extensive product and service expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions across multiple product and service disciplines. Traditional Commercial Banking product and service capabilities include but not limited to treasury services, trade finance, bilateral and syndicated commercial lending, foreign exchange, asset management and investment banking.
