      Commercial Banking Tribe

      You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

      We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.

      Our tribe is on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape.

      As a Solution Architect (Digital Sales & New Marketing Platform) (f/m/x) you will be the driver of innovation and creation for new company software and program features in aspects of design and technology.

      Your key responsibilities

      • You will collaborate with the Product Managers and Engineering Teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.

      • You will make use of technologies, such as Google Cloud, Data Vault 2.0 to develop solution design with attention to system integration and feasibility.

      • You will define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow and approve the final product before release,

      • You will help the engineering team to ensure consistency with initial design and ensure that the software follows the architecture principles and meets all functional and quality characteristics.

      • You will provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers and will ensure that the software follows the architecture principles, meets all the functional and quality attributes.

      Your skills and experiences

      • University degree with technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experience.

      • Strong professional experience and expert knowledge (also practical) in working with (large-scale) structured and unstructured data.

      • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, web applications, cybersecurity and open-source technologies and experience in designing secure software systems.

      • Experience working with Google Cloud architecture, Docker, Kubernetes and any of these Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)

      • You have a hands-on attitude, curiosity, make use of your problem-solving skills and speak fluently English.
