Job Description

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for walls, floors, partitions, and roofs.
- Install doors, windows, drywall, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry elements.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure work is completed to code and project specifications.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors on-site.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial carpentry.
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with metal stud framing and acoustic ceiling systems.
- Knowledge of ADA compliance and commercial building codes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction projects, including framing, drywall, doors, windows, and finish carpentry. You will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures in commercial buildings according to specifications and blueprints.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
