- Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects accurately.
- Perform selective hand demolition as required.
- Engage in rough wood carpentry tasks.
- Complete millwork and finish carpentry with precision.
- Hang drywall and perform taping, spackling, and finishing.
- Execute metal stud framing with expertise.
- Install ACT ceilings and acoustical ceilings efficiently.
- Install doors, frames, and hardware with attention to detail.
- Utilize hand and electric tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Proficiency in framing techniques.
- Experience with metal stud and acoustic ceiling installations.
- Expertise in commercial carpentry and drywall applications.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Experience with steel studs is highly desirable.
Job Title: Commercial Carpenter - up to $37/hr
Job Description
As a Commercial Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing various general carpentry duties related to commercial projects. You will work closely with a team of carpenters and a foreman to ensure high-quality construction and fit-out projects.

Work hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Dress code: High-vis gear, jeans, hard hat, and safety boots
Project types: Primarily fit-outs with occasional new
construction
Team setup: Small groups with 1–2 carpenters and a foreman
Culture: Friendly, respectful, and cooperative
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.
