      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all claims efficiently and effectively to an appropriate resolution with minimal supervision
      - Handle all aspects of liability injury claims of low to moderate complexity, including coverage, liability, and damage concerns
      - Make coverage determinations and conduct investigative work regarding coverage issues
      - Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively with insureds and claimants
      - Communicate pertinent case facts to supervisors and participate in team culture-building activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of casualty claims experience
      - Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Required to acquire and/or maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment
      - Strong computer navigation abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote setting

      - Flexibility to work any shift during operating hours, including evenings and weekends
      - Excellent communication skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds
