- Training new hires on the company’s policies and procedures
- Train and support employees at each facility to ensure clear responsibilities and thorough work inspections.
- Completing daily scheduled inspections as per the detailed schedule.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction- following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint
- It is important to maintain the inventory in the building by ordering necessary supplies when required.
- Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
- MUST MAINTAIN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- 2-3 years Janitorial Experience
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Experience in a service environment is preferred
- Tuesday - Saturday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Monday, Thursday & Saturday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
- Janitorial: 2 years (Required)
