What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a subject matter expert for appropriate valuation types and regulatory requirements
- Manage workflow and assign commercial appraisal job queue requests
- Collaborate with lending unit to provide clarification on appraisal regulations
- Prepare SRF/RFP files for Commercial Review Appraisers
- Monitor environmental queue and review environmental tasks/reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in appraisal, commercial lending, credit analysis, or related field
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in commercial real estate valuation or related field
- Professional certifications in appraisal or related areas
