      Job Description:

      Caterpillar Inc. seeks a Commercial Consultant at its facility located at 501 SW Jefferson Ave, Peoria, IL, 61605. Enable Aftermarket Parts Sales Profitable Growth for Caterpillar’s Global and Corporate Accounts by providing insights while delivering executable go to market solutions that are aligned with our equity curve and driven by pricing analytics. This position will provide pricing and commercial consultation for aftermarket parts business related to the assigned CI Global and Corporate Accounts, as well as all other Managed and Global Accounts conducting business in Brazil. This position will directly support the Global and Corporate Account Managers by providing commercial consultation, pricing analysis, dashboards, and directly supporting customer agreement negotiation, execution, and governance. Hybrid work schedule available. Travel Requirements: 10-15% Domestic and International travel for meetings. Telecommuting: Yes. Hybrid work schedule available. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in parts pricing working with dealers. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: (1) Implementing projects using SQL and Power BI. (2) Parts pricing utilizing Brazilian tax structure, including Federal Taxes (II, IPI, and PIS/COFINS), State Taxes (ICMS and ICMS-ST), and Municipal Taxes (ISS). (3) Knowledge of Parts pricing variance utilizing Ex-Tariff, Transfer Pricing, and REB. (4) Parts Pricing Sales Variance tied to merchandising and discounting strategies. (5) Experience as revenue or pricing analyst, or aftermarket field representative. (6) Training and mentoring colleagues on parts pricing. Apply below.
