What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with transportation and storage customers to facilitate service requests and discounts
- Analyze and address customer contractual issues related to service requests and capacity postings
- Ensure compliance with gas transportation and storage service contracts according to regulatory policies
- Design and implement gas management system contracting module programming requirements
- Prepare project documentation and maintain project plans adhering to project management standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude as a team player
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal groups
- Proficient analytical skills for problem-solving and handling confidential information
- Experience with office computer applications, including Microsoft Office Products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Effective human relations and negotiation skills for dealing with various levels of employees and management
- Demonstrated decision-making and leadership skills in a collaborative environment
- Understanding of FERC Gas Tariffs and project management practices for computer systems development
