Job Description

Operate as the point of contact for the Commercial and Support teams
Work directly with the business to support the entry of critical data in our CRM systems
Develop and maintains a strong understanding of the systems in use within the business
Track and maintain data integrity, ensuring all account CRM information is always up to date
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Work with Account Managers to flag any accounts with outstanding revenue and produce a report with actionable next steps, specific to each region.
Review accounts with PODs of a regular basis
Engage and suggest improvements to the systems in place, with an aim for efficiency
Engage, and actively look at how to help the business identify and implement improvements to processes
Build up a robust knowledge of all products IMG Arena provide
Working across various business functions
Experience/ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience/ability working with various stake holders
Experience building good working relationships with internal stakeholders
Experience producing and sharing reports
Can communicate confidently with key stake holders
Diligent and organised with a high attention to detail

Support the business, account managers and commercial teams with critical data entry, tracking and storage. Where needed, this will include working with Finance and WNS to determine and share invoice statuses.
